For ALLYOUNEED.DE, the online marketplace operated by DHL, we developed comprehensive UI/UX concepts and were responsible for their technical implementation. Our role encompassed the entire process from conception through UI/UX design to final development.

The Challenge
High-performance front-end development implemented in a modern way
As part of an agile team, we developed the frontend of the portal and incorporated our UI/UX competencies in the form of conception and design into the project.

The Process
Our development process was based on modern technologies and proven methods. In the frontend, we built on a robust tech stack of React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, supplemented by tools like Gulp and Fractal JS to optimize the development workflow. In parallel, we took responsibility for the UI/UX design and ensured a consistent presentation on all devices through a responsive layout strictly oriented to the DHL style guide.
HIGHLIGHT
Hands down - Heads up
One of the outstanding elements of our work was undoubtedly the redesign of the header, which had never been seen in this form before.
Contrary to market approaches, this doesn't overlay the rest of the page, but instead slides down and conveys to the user - when calling up their profile or shopping cart - the impression of a glimpse behind the scenes of the sales portal. A welcome side effect: The entire page content remains accessible to the user through vertical scrolling.

KEY RESULTS
Allyouneed to know
According to DHL, 3.5 million private customers in Germany alone used the existing offering of more than 15 million product offers from over 3,000 retailers until the shop was closed in autumn 2017 due to restructuring.
